Dinner out with some neighbors to one of the local wineries.
A 4th of July BBQ and Birthday Party. This is the group I work with on the Habitat for Humanity yard sale they put on twice a year. This spring we raised $7,000.
My daughter with her husband, who just recently returned from his second tour of duty in Irag. And grandson Alex.
Jim wanted some activity this year so he also got a water volleyball game going. Lots of fun.
This is a project I had a fun time doing. I painted three barstools, with grapes, pears and apples.
I love this picture! My sister painted this for me, I only had to get new bedding and paint the walls but it was worth it. Thanks sis!
Our neighbors Dallas and Linette's kids threw them a big party at our clubhouse and invited the whole park. We had a great time.

And we had live music. These band came over from Seattle to play.
Have house! Buy things! We have so enjoyed this new addition, because it also serves as a bird bath. We have seen the prettiest colorful birds.
Bibi and I have been best friends for 48 years! We always enjoy getting together.

Carol and I have been great friends since we worked together at Group Health. I started in 1983, she started about three years later. Gee I can hardly keep up with the math. So nice to have long time friends. We were out for a walk on this picture.

Yeah for Jim! We have a city park right behind our RV resort(see RV's in background)with a gate to it. Jim took it upon himself to ask the parks department if they would put in a Pickleball court on the exsisting basketball court. And they said sure! They provided the paint, painting machine, net and poles. Jim got a work crew together to power wash the court and paint on the lines.
Yeah! We are up and running. Hopefully now our skills will improve, if not we are having a good time. The guys have already made improvements to the net holder. They took tires, put in metal poles, then cemented. Sturdy now.
This is one of our favorite wineries Balsamroot, they have free entertainment, we just bring along snacks and good friends.

Hard to see the picture but it is a wonderfully relaxing beach with palm trees. Still shopping for the perfect palm tree for an accent.
