As we were traveling down HWY 56 east towards Missouri enjoying the 100 mile stretch of straight road WHAT DO WE SEE! Yes smoke from a BBQ stove, we slow down ever so fastly oh slowly, looking for the perfect area to make a very big U-turn. We can not pass up our first opportunity for BBQ ribs. Leroy's turned out to be very good. Also enjoyed their slogan. You choke it we'll smoke it.
