Channel-Port-aux Basques-Coming into port after a very smooth six hour Ferry ride.
We took the 8:00am ferry from North Sydney NS. They allowed us to get in line
the night before after 7:00pm so that is were we slept. It was convenient but
we did not sleep well due to all the noise.
STEPHENVILLE-Boondocking on the beach. The temperature was 72 degrees, Jim
cooked mussels in Slap your Mama’s seasoning and handed me a beer. Ah that’s the life!
Port au Port Peninsula-So much for that warm weather. Today was rainy and
windy and cold cold cold.
These are garbage boxes people have in front of their homes. They bag the garbage and place in box.
They’re collectors really have to work hard.
